AESHaus is a design-led modular-home practice and a subsidiary of AES Solution. We were founded on a simple frustration: Thailand's housing market is full of near-identical, undesigned listings. We build the opposite — a small, considered collection of homes, drawn by architects and delivered by engineers.
Every Marko House is designed, detailed and precision-built in our own factory, then delivered to your land finished. One studio, one standard of detailing, one fixed price — start to handover.
