How long does a Marko House take?
Around ten weeks from order to handover — because the home is built in the factory while your site and permits are prepared in parallel.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You see a starting price up front, and your quote is fixed after a site survey and held to handover.
Do I need my own land?
Yes — a Marko House is delivered to your prepared plot. We'll advise on foundation and access as part of the quote.
Can I finance it?
Instalment and financing options are available through partner institutions. Ask us and we'll walk you through it.
