Week 0

We meet, review your land and choose the model that fits. You leave with a fixed quote — not a moving target.

Week 1–2

We confirm layout, finishes and siting, then prepare the permit set and the foundation design.

Week 3–8

Your home is built and finished indoors — weatherproof and quality-controlled — while the site works run in parallel.

Week 9

The finished module is transported and craned onto its foundation, usually within a single day.

Week 10

Services are connected, final checks completed, and the keys are yours. You move into a finished home.
